Welcome to Tidewater
We are a community of 80 Carriage Homes situated in the Southwest corner of the Borough of Malvern, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Malvern is a unique, small-town village located in southeast Pennsylvania, 25 miles west of Philadelphia. The Borough is 1.3 square miles in area, and has a population of 3,200. Malvern dates back to the Victorian era, as reflected in the facades of the business district, the street lamps, and the brick pavers. Tidewater borders on Paoli Memorial Park and the Paoli Battlefield, a pristine Revolutionary War Battlefield, unchanged for over 225 years.
