Welcome to Tidewater – a community of 80 Carriage Homes situated in the Southwest corner of the Borough of Malvern, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Malvern is a unique, small town village located in southeast Pennsylvania, 25 miles west of Philadelphia. The Borough is 1.3 square miles and has a population of 3,200. Malvern dates back to the Victorian era, as reflected in the facades of the business district, the street lamps, and the brick pavers. Tidewater borders on Paoli Memorial Park and the Paoli Battlefield – the most pristine Revolutionary War Battlefield, unchanged for over 225 years.
